Many in my family have been Toyota customers since 1982, and owned many new and used Toyotas. Over the years I enjoyed a good customer relationship with Woodhaven Lexus Toyota and thought it might develop into a good employee relationship, based on the outstanding reputation the Chipman family have as the owners of the Birchwood Automotive Group.
